The Waterfall Jungle Villa by BaliSuperHost

I had a wonderful experience at this villa. The staff was amazing and very attentive. I loved the dedicated yoga area with mats, and the villa was spotless. Each room had its own air conditioning, allowing for comfortable temperature control. The property manager kept in great contact throughout our stay, making everything easy for us. The location is just 20 minutes from shopping and dining, which was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Bali!

The beds were a little hard for my liking but still comfortable.

This villa is insane. So grand when we walked in and such an amazing pool for us to all relax in. Thanks for all the staff.

Location is secluded but then I think that’s its positive charm. Nothing the staff won’t help with and we also did a private chef one night so we didn’t have to leave.

Pros * The location and the property itself are excellent. * The housekeeping staff and on-site supervisors (Lengio and his staff) are the best part of the place (friendly, respectful, and trustworthy). * The furniture and internet connection are excellent.

Cons *There is a camera inside the villa as well as another camera at the entrance. I did not find having an indoor camera acceptable during a private villa stay. * The property does not allow external service providers and forces guests to go through the concierge. * The concierge only responds to requests after about two days 🤣 and refuses any request made less than 48 hours in advance 🤣. This means that if you want to book services such as a massage, private chef, BBQ, or photographer, you need to make your decision at least 4 days ahead of time, otherwise the concierge will simply reject the request 🤣🤣. * The tour company used by the concierge does not offer all tourist attractions, so you end up having to arrange activities with another company. The problem is that when you stay here, you are forced to deal with multiple service providers, which means part of your vacation is spent coordinating with different agents 🤣.
