Left after arrival, room in unacceptable condition

We had to leave the property immediately after arrival. The room was in very poor condition with clear signs of possible pest infestation (bed bugs/roaches). The bed and floor had dark stains and spots, which were not “wood splinters” as the property claimed. We only stayed for a short time on the arrival day, we could not remain there overnight or use the villa for the booked stay. I contacted both the property and Booking.com, but so far I have only been offered a very small partial refund, which is unacceptable given the total booking amount and the fact that we had to book another hotel. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had when booking accommodation.

Vue époustouflante

la vue est juste incroyable Piscine privée mais à l’ombre donc eau un peu fraîche mais nous nous sommes quand même baigné Devant une sorte de forêt donc très calme On entend mais ne voit pas une cascade Possibilité d’ajouter le petit déjeuner dans la piscine et un massage dans la chambre, le prix est + que raisonnable

Nous ne sommes restés que parce que c'était Nyepi et donc impossible de trouver un autre hébergement

Absolument RIEN.

Les photos ne sont pas conformes et doivent dater d'il y a plus de 10 ans. Le logement est dans son jus et dans la crasse. En bonus, et vu l'état général ce n'est pas surprenant, il y a des rats qui se promènent dans la cuisine. Le réfrigérateur, qui date du siècle dernier, a sans doute été nettoyé à cette époque pour la dernière fois. Tout est à l'avenant. Salle de bain etc. ... Pour tout arranger, l'homme en charge de la villa a eu un comportement assez surprenant et pour tout dire assez désagréable. Venir taper au carreau à 10h du soir pour un motif bidon, nous demander de laisser la porte ouverte la nuit soit disant pour qu'il puisse venir tôt le matin (même pas en rêve !), venir demander ce qu'on a prévu pour la soirée (on était 2 filles seules) etc. En prime, les stores ne fonctionnaient pas et comme il loge en face, il n'arrêtait pas regarder ce que nous faisions.
