Villa Vertical Garden by BaliSuperHost

Our stay at Villa Vertical Garden was absolutely amazing. The villa itself was beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. What really made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Wari, the villa manager. Wari was incredibly helpful from start to finish, always willing to assist with anything we needed and consistently going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our time at the villa. I would highly recommend Villa Vertical Garden to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay, and a big thank you again to Wari for making our trip so special.

The WiFi would not connect in other rooms sometimes.

Hosts were amazing. Kadek and the whole team made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Location was beautiful however taxis could not get to the door

Zwembad was geweldig, prachtig uitzicht. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, badkamer is top. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Massages heerlijk en betaalbaar. Barbecue was goed geregeld en overmatig veel!! Ontbijt elke dag besteld en dit was ook altijd super.

Schuifpui van de slaapkamers, beestjes kunnen er doorheen komen (kikker, salamander 2x en kakkerlak). Elke dag gepoets en toch tijdens hele verblijf spinnenwebben op dezelfde plekjes. De weg naar de villa is vervelend, onverhard met veel kuilen en erg smal. Er wordt wel een weg aangelegd dus hopelijk binnenkort wel goed te doen.
