The Villa Layout: A stunning and incredibly spacious 3-floor setup. The middle floor bedroom had exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows, and the rooftop floor with its jacuzzi and seating area was an absolute highlight for catching the daytime sun. The Service: The staff were excellent. They gave us a quick, helpful run-through at check-in without dragging it out after our long travel. They were easily contactable over WhatsApp, cared about our stay, and resolved a couple of minor utility drops instantly once we messaged them. Location & Vibe: Very peaceful with lovely jungle sounds of birds and insects (no traffic noise, just a bit of minor construction). Getting Grab or Gojek rides was incredibly easy. Nearby Food: Mango Cafe is just a 2-minute walk away for great breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and they even deliver a floating breakfast straight to the villa pool.

Cold Pool: Because of the property's layout, the downstairs area doesn't get much direct sunlight during the day, meaning the pool stays very cold. Jacuzzi Water Pressure: The upstairs hot water pressure was quite low and ran out quickly. It took a long time to fill the rooftop jacuzzi, and it wasn't quite warm enough for a cooler evening. Tripping Electrics & Missing Info: The kitchen has an induction stove and microwave, but running them at the same time trips the power. It would be highly beneficial to have a physical guest book in the villa containing general tips, check-out times, and the location of the distribution board so guests know how to reset the electrics if this happens.

Huge comfy bed. Nice pool and lounging area that gets the sun most of the day. TV with Netflix was a nice touch and nice big inside/outside bathroom. The staff were what really made our stay and the complimentary breakfast was amazing.

The specific villa we were in was a bit dark but nothing major. The villas are also not in Ubud centre, but we had a scooter and everything was easily reachable within 15-20 minutes.
