Excellent location. Very quiet. Very clean. Accommodation well equipped and maintained. Bed comfortable.
Main bedroom should have had bedside lights. Would have been very tight if 6 adults were staying there. If you wanted to use the pool you had to phone the hotel and make a booking.

Location was excellent, quiet and in the middle of the Jurassic coast, perfect.
Bed was clean and comfortable
Apart from the bedrooms, it was very grubby, especially the soft furnishings and some of the furniture. The downstairs bathroom was quite smelly. The appliances were old and need replacing. Maybe a proper deep clean and updating of the kitchen and shower room would be a good start.
And bedside tables please. There was nowhere to put a glass, book etc.
Everything was tired outside, garden, furniture etc.
