Wonderful and peaceful.

The owner met me at the property and introduced himself and was a nice fellow. He had got me a parking permit for the 2 days I stayed and didn't charge me for it. Showed me everything in the apartment and it exceeded my expectations it was really clean and presentable and the bedroom was like a 5 star room it was really clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee and sugar and he even bought the milk ,,and to top it all off a wonderful Seaview from the living room window where you can sit in comfort and peace and watch the boats come into port. At the bottom of the street just a 5 minute walk away there is a cafe called cafe 82 and the breakfast I had was second to none and only cost £7 so I'm not joking it was a lovely 2 night stay and I will definitely stay there again ,, It's the best place I've stayed at up to press. Anybody wanting a couple of days of peace I would recommend you stay here.

Nothing it was surprisingly just about perfect. No damp,,no filthy toilet ,,no hairs on the bedding and its modern but still got the old house character look. It's spotless clean . Also free wi,fi, and you can have the heating on as long as you want. So your not freezing to death.

Lovely Host, Lovely Apartment, Lovely View....... We will be back!!

Leading up to our stay Raff (the apartment owner) was very informative on everything that would happen on our arrival. On the day of arrival we decided to set off quite early to enjoy sometime in Scarborough before check in (3pm) on route Raff called us to confirm our check in time so he could meet us with the keys, I told him that we would were going to arrive early and he very kindly offered to meet us earlier if we wanted (1pm) so we could drop of our things and then proceed to enjoy the rest of our day, obviously we took him up on his offer!!. When we arrived at the outside the apartment Raff promptly came out to greet us he was such a nice man and very friendly after a little chat he handed us our car parking ticket that was valid for our entire stay. He then showed us to the apartment that was absolutely spotless (so much so it made wonder if he was ex military) everything in the apartment looked very well kept and whatever we required during our stay was on hand, after a quick run through of the boiler Raff wished us a good holiday shook our hands and was on his way. As you do we had a look around ourselves but we could not drag ourselves away from the main room window as the view was out of this world. The apartment is about 15 mins walk from the harbour and also about 15 into the town centre. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffs but on the day of our departure sadly the weather was terrible (blizzard like conditions) so I contacted to Raff to see if we could stay on another night if the apartment was free it was and he kindly said we was ok to stay but after a short while the weather cleared and due to commitments at home we decided to chance the journey home (stupid idea but we managed somehow) Thank You Raff for everything and we hope to see you again later this year. Stunning sea view

We met Raf to check-in, he had saved us a parking space right outside the apartment and was waiting ready with a permit. Raf showed us around and gave us information on the area, which was useful. The apartment was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay...including tea, coffee,sugar and a pint of milk. We enjoyed the stunning sea view and watching the boats going in and out of the harbour, all while sitting warm and cosy on the sofa. The town centre is a 10min walk away and the beach is 6 or 7 mins down the hill. The castle is at the end of the road and quick to get to. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, we were expecting some road noise but it was extremely quiet. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

The view out of the window was lovely looking right out to sea .The apartment was 5 star so clean everything you needed was there the owner Raff was lovely meet us at the front door with the keys will definitely be staying again

For us only problem which is nothing to do with the apartment was the walk back up from the seafront the hills are a killer 😂 but then you wouldn't get the view of the scenery if wasn't as high up the hill. Raf the owner was lovely met us to hand us keys sorted out permit to park our car and was available to answer any questions which is a nice touch plus bottle of milk plus a few tea and coffee sachets nice to get a drink straight away! . Taxi from seafront to apartment was £8

Brilliant apartment - well worth a visit!

The view from the apartment was stunning and really made our stay. The apartment was very clean and warm. The bed was large and comfortable too. The kitchen had everything you would need for a stay, from utensils to washing up facilities ie. a dishwasher if needed (I prefer the old fashion way of washing pots by hand.) I was really impressed and would definitely stay there again.

Could not find anything that I didn't like. Honestly, the apartment was lovely! I guess the only thing to be mindful of is that you need to climb stairs - so if you have problem with stairs I guess that this would not be a place for you.

A great base for visiting Scarborough and the North Yorkshire coast.

The sitting room was lovely with fantastic views over the harbour and beach. The host prearranged our parking passes, explained how they worked and advised us on the local area. All much appreciated.

A fan for the bedroom would have been handy as it got very hot even with the window open. The first couple of nights there was a lovely breeze but then the heatwave started

Fantastic Views and Comfortable Apartment

Perfect apartment . Everything you could possibly need and as described in the property facilities. Well situated just a 10-15 min walk into the town centre or 5-10 min walk down to the harbour. The property is well equipped and comfortable. The view from the living / dining room is fantastic. The owner Raf is a nice guy who met us at the property , provided a parking pass for the days we were staying which was great. We would recommend the property without hesitation and look forward to staying again

A fabulous apartment in a great location for exploring Scarborough

Fabulous location with wonderful views over Scarborough's South Bay. Raf the owner was there to meet us when we arrived to show us around and give us a parking permit for the duration of our stay. The bedroom had plenty of storage space for bags and clothes, The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all modern appliances. Great shower in the bathroom. A comfortable sofa in the living room from which to soak in the views of Scarborough and coast. We visited during a cold spell but the apartment was lovely and warm.

Fantastic stay

Everything was perfect. The apartment was pristinely clean. Massively spacious and extremely comfortable. My host, Raf was very kind to me and communicated well before my stay for my check in and left me to enjoy my time after. The view from the lounge is absolutely stunning right over the South Bay and out to sea. A real pleasure to sit and relax. Smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom to enjoy whilst in the apartment. I found the place the be extremely quiet even though it’s in a central location. I would love to come back in the future.

Excellent location very clean and comfortable like a home from home.

Our visit to the view was amazing the name says it all "The View" is amazing and the location is excellent to access both South and North Bay. Raf is an excellent host nothing is too much trouble. The apartment was very clean and even had tea, coffee and milk which is lovely touch when you arrive.

A Hidden Gem in Scarborough, Not To Be Missed!

Loved everything about this property. I don't think we could have found a better location and value for money for the size. The property is in a nice quiet residential road, walking distance from the station. It's pretty much at the heart of the peninsula of Scarborough. So you're fairly elevated above the sea which contributes to a great view. Scarborough Castle is literally 5 minutes walk up the road with plenty of winding and historical pathways around it and easy ways down to the South beach and the centre of Scarborough within minutes. If you walk 5 minutes the other way , you are pretty much overlooking the North Bay, again with a spectacular view of the castle to your right and easy access down The apartment itself was also awesome. Clean, well kept, modern, secure, spacious and had good WIFI connection as well a good selection of digital channels to choose from on the TV. The view however from the front room window was spectacular. It gave a full view off the whole of the south bay, the cliffs, the lighthouse , the old market place, historical building and the sea. It was almost like watching a picturesque moving painting. The property has a fully functional kitchen as well, dinning table and a comfortable furniture. There was plenty of facilities close by supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, so eating in or out was no problem. Raph the host who met us at the property was also a very cool guy. Showed us where everything we needed to know in the property, showed us which directions everything is and was available if we needed him. I would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

Great location close to the town centre, castle and north and south bay areas but in a very quiet residential area. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with a jaw-dropping view from the lovely living room. We were met by Raf who showed us round the property. Great communication throughout the booking process and on arrival.

Perfect location

Was met by the owner who kindly gave us his car parking space. The apartment was in a perfect location with a fantastic view from the lounge window overlooking the South Bay The bed was comfy the apartment was clean and the shower was fantastic What more could you want. We will definitely return and also recommend to friends.

Parking around the apartment is very busy we couldn't move the car whilst on our stay in case we couldn't get parked back up again but the location is perfect so you can walk everywhere.

Great Views.

Flat was very clean and in excellent order looks recently converted or decorated, the views were excellent over west Scarborough, the whole town is accessible by foot and there is plenty of choice for food. The shower is good as is the heating which was easily controlled. The owner met us on arrival with the keys and also gave us parking cards for our stay, the parking in on street but we did not have an issue finding parking spots after our days out in the car. Good WiFi and Smart TVs in Main room and Bedroom are a bonus on wet days. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so do not take a huge suitcase take smaller ones it will make it easier getting up the stairs and while it is easy to walk to the beach be warned its a steep walk uphill back :),

Apartment that has everything plus a stunning view

This was a last minute booking and, in all honesty, it could not have been any better. The location is perfect and the property had everything we could have asked for. Very clean, tastefully furnished, comfortable and cosy (very efficient heating) with a well equipped kitchen. The apartment's name is well chosen too as the view from the living room window overlooking Scarborough South Bay is absolutely fantastic. Would certainly come back again.

Look no further!

This apartment is amazing! The views from the windows are fantastic, everything you need is provided and the bed is divine! This is a 3 storey property. The bottom apartment is rented, the owner, Raf, occupies the middle apartment and the top apartment is the holiday rental. Raf could not have been more helpful - it was great having him 'on site'. Book this place - you will not be disappointed!
