The stairs to my room few beers and trying to make it to the top floor 😂😂😂we had some laughs 🤣

Location is great

The sofa bed is an absolute killer and needs to be changed or the property downgraded to a 2 person accommodation. The first night we had to ask for an extra duvet to be provided to pad the bed out - it didn’t work so we ended up taking turns over 10 nights to sleeping on the floor. Smell of damp - the bathroom and landing area of apartment 4 was overwhelming - again we asked could someone come and take a look on day 1. To be fair someone did come out whilst we were out and the smell was better for maybe half a day but soon returned - we countered this by simply leaving the bathroom light on for the remaining 9 days so the extraction fan in the bathroom did its thing…. It didn’t work completely but we were stuck with out much option. Parking - be aware there is parking outside and around the area but it’s very limited and is in a Yorkshire Council Disc zone - research this thoroughly to understand the implications. We found an NCP car park about 5 minutes away that we made use of when we stayed in Scarborough - it was about £6 for 24 hours! Stairs - apartment 4 has lots of them…. Had we known just how many we may have gone elsewhere. *just to point out, whilst we did raise the bed and damp issues and we did get a sort of resolution it didn’t fix the matter so we raised it with Booking.Com - their action was to simply refer us back to the accommodation providers which in truth, I’m not sure what else they would have done. All in, it put a dampener on a family holiday and ultimately the customer service from Booking.com tells me all I need to know….

Clean, fresh and comfortable, queens court is a perfect place to stay. It’s in a great location, it’s easy to get to both sides of Scarborough. Great communication with the host, we found it easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous apartment. Absolutely spotlessly clean. The shower was really powerful. I'll definitely stay there again.

Woken up at 4am by some very loud banging noises but that's not the fault of the host or the apartment.

6 flights of stairs as the apartment is on the top floor but not a major issue

Clean and comfortable and close to amenities.

my partner has severe arthritis of the ankle and we were on the top floor, so it was quite difficult getting to and from the apartment.
