Fabulous get away close to everything.

Rather large bedroom which was amazing. Very comfortable bed. More than enough storage space for clothes. Nice touch was providing ear plugs for any light sleepers. Bathroom looks to be recently refurbished and is was lovely with a great shower. Towels and loo roll were supplied as was hand-wash.

Nothing in particular at all. The sofa bed wasn't the most comfy as a sofa but we didn't spend a lot of time using it so it was fine. Kitchen lacked an oven hich would have been better for us. However. Knowing there wasn't one, we planned food around the microwave and 2 plate hob. We managed just fine.

Spacious, comfortable, great value, and close to the seafront. Would definitely visit again, probably in the spring or early autumn when the weather is a bit less changeable.

Lovely little apartment.

There was plenty of room, the location was perfect and you can’t fault the price we paid. My son loved the bath as it was really deep for him.

It was too warm on a night for me, I switched the heating off and open the bedroom door to let air flow but I was still waking up sweating. On the first night one of the neighbours were sat on the doorstep smoking weed and we could smell it in the bedroom and the hallway.

Just an excellent stay in a top class apartment, couldn’t have wished for anywhere better !

Absolutely loved it , was ideal location , for walking round locally and great location for setting off elsewhere . Can’t fault it at all for Myself & buster ( dog btw ) . It was kitted out with everything needed , all new and very clean and tidy . Top marks to the owners of the property, they’ve done a fantastic job.

The only thing I can moan at ( I’m 6’2” btw ) is the gap between living room and kitchen door frame ( 6’ maximum ) , although I don’t think it’s anybody’s fault in the slightest , but the first couple of nights I bumped my head. Needless to say I learnt to duck 😂. Other than that I’m just being picky , and no way could I drop points for something as insignificant as that

Great location, close to the sea. Nice place, had everything you needed and easy to park outside or close by with the parking permit provided

Cooking facilities could be better and also smelt musty, not sure if this was due to being a basement apartment

Was ok, needs damp sorting

The house was nice, had everything you could thing of, new bathroom was really nice, close to the beach

Bedding left for the sofa bed did not fit, couldn't access outside area, no lock on the bathroom door, main bedroom area has a problem with damp, to the point we went out and bought air freeshners and frebize this could easily be remanded by putting a few air desvuisors out with out the need for guests to by themselves, The property next door seems to be home to a bail hostel, people coming and going all night, in the street all night, you could see the tags on the ankles

Absolutely loved this property. In a great location, the hosts have thought of everything you need and parking is really easy. Will definitely book again and sad to be going home!

Dog friendly, great value.

Perfect for us with our dogs. Spacious with hard flooring throughout. Bed was really comfortable. The bath is great for a bit of a pampering soak. Didn't use cooking facilities other than as a microwave, so not sure how good it is on oven function. Plenty of takeaway and restaurants close by. There isn't a gate at the entrance just four (easy) open steps to a small forecourt We took our dog fence with us and set it across the door way to allow our elderly dog to get some fresh air and watch the world go by. Parking permit easy to use and plenty of parking avaliable close by.

There was a rear area which wasn't available to use. It would have been great if it was available to allow dogs space to sit outside.

no sleep for 3 days because the flat above has wooden floors. Some kids were in it so bedlam /banging,jumping,running etc all night ,maybe just unlucky they were on holiday too,but if they live there permanent don't go.would nt like to be there in autumn etc cold flat.

Lovely little basement apartment, could not fault anything about it, cleaner than our place🤣, good location, lovely walk along the sea front into the harbour, the bed and duvet and pillows were awsome, I slept like a baby, unfortunately I snore(especially when drunk) and my poor missus slept in the lounge on the brilliant pull out sofa bed, she said it was so comfortable she slept like a log, beautiful little bathroom with awsome underfloor heating, had an issue with the radiator in the lounge,you really couldn’t ask for much more, they have a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, (which we didn’t need to use) big fridge and freezer, toaster/coffee/tea/ketttle microwave, you couldn’t ask for more, we will defo be staying here again, lots of love to Liz and Micha,you guys have a hidden gem, ( Although I don’t t think it will be hidden much longer) what a beautiful few days we had, all our love Al and Hels xx

The key collection was an automated electronic box. Easy to find and use. Communication about it was good. Kitchen had extras like tea bags which was nice. Two burner stove was fine for us but might be limiting for others. Big fridge freezer. Big bedroom. Liked the extra pillows n blankets available

Left early due to smoke alarms. Telephone numbers to contact owners would not work.

The size was ok. Free parking was a bonus.

On arrival we were met by scaffolding and a front yard full of builders rubbish and ladders. All the smoke alarms were out of date, needed replacing 2019. All the electrical items had out of date PAT testing stickers on. Some had none at all. There was a strong smell and the internet , WiFi was very intermittent

Location was brilliant, everything you needed in the apartment for your stay, great having 2 bathrooms, parking scratch cards was a bonus and nice you got used to the parking situation

sofa bed was hard ,didnt have good sleep ,plus was stained.only had two hob rings and not all pans fitted on at same time,took me three hours to do a sunday dinner ,there was a convention oven/microwave but for someone that is not tech/gadget savvy i wasnt able to use it for its purpose,wifi wasnt very good everything kept buffering and disconnecting

Great location

The location of the apartment is great and the parking included is a bonus. The owner allowed us to park in the garage earlier than we could enter the property giving us a full day in Scarborough.

The apartment was damp and cold, it needs much TLC as the paint is missing on some parts of the walls and generally needs a refresh, the sofa beds were dirty, there was mould on the ceilings in the bathrooms. The bed was uncomfortable and once we stripped the bed upon our departure the quilt was covered in yellow stains. The dressing table chair was covered in the previous person's hair. The photos on booking.com need updating as the furniture in the living room is different. The people that live above the apartment are very noisy they seemed to move furniture around 11pm. If the owners have this apartment some TLC this would be a great place to stay.

Arrived and we was shocked at the state of the property. Inside wasn’t as bad as the outside but the musty smell inside

The bedroom was huge, and the kitchen was well equipped.

The outside has scaffolding up and it looks like the place is falling down. The showers are awful, one in particular badly placed. Mould all around the skirting and in the tiles. Wi-Fi is absolutely awful. Garden is state , more like a work shop. The whole place smelt like baby sick.

Builders in flat above throwing cigarettes into the courtyard and very noisy at 6am. I was made aware of scaffolding on property before arriving but I would’ve preferred to know before booking.

The disco shower head

It was cold 🥶 Damp, Smelled, The futons in the living room (that should have been leather sofas as shown on the photos ) were NOT comfy and neither was the bed. Cobwebs everywhere. Windows needed cleaning. There was no seating area with table as shown on the photos. Wi-Fi didn’t work. People upstairs were extremely noisy Some photos provided as the ones provided by owner are very misleading

Bed was comfy, but really small and duvet barely covered us. Location was perfect. Permit to park was a bonus. Had everything you wanted. Walking distance to everything.

Sofa was so hard and uncomfortable I couldn't sit on it without all the bedroom pillows and cushions. Mold in the bathroom(s). Too much mold. Dehumidifier on 24/7 which we emptied 3 times in 4 days. Not to mention noisy at night. Paint peeling off in all rooms. Damp all over the place. Floor peeling up. Coffee machine didn't work. WiFi off more than on. Desperate for some tlc and paint.... not to mention damp proofing.

Great location midway between North & South Beaches via short walk. Parking in wide area near digs.

A few rooms nead touch up on wall paint. Possibly due to change of furniture. Good acess to manager to explain door lock box to us then got open.
