Fabulous Stylish Studio apartment 35sqm in the FASHIONABLE Earls court square in South Kensington
IT IS A LARGER than you think studio with a KINGSIZE bed as well as a DOUBLE sofa bed.
IT is located in an EXTREMELY SAFE AREA in the heart of Central London
This is the Area where PRINCESS DIANA lived , before she married Prince Charles. Just around the corner from us !! less than 50 yards away.
3rd floor walk up
It was EXCELLENT for Princess Diana and EXCELLENT for us.
BEATRIX POTTER lived less than a couple of minutes away within our area
Agatha CHRISTIE lived less than a couple of minutes away within our area
I think you are now beginning to believe that this place is SPECIAL.
Look at the Architecture of all the buildings in the area , they are STUNNING.
The studio comprises of:
Open plan living room/dining room with TV, washing machine, oven/microwave,toaster,kettle, dinner set
Hallway
Large bathroom with modern fittings and saniflo
Kitchen area.
Luxury Furnishings from Ligne Roset, Harrods, heals of London.
High ceiling (4m.....)
2 separate sleeping areas within the studio.
One is a Double bed on the mezzanine floor (height restriction) and another is a double Sofa bed.
It is a Cute-Cosy , completely Independent apartment ideal for a couple, or more

We WILL BE THERE to greet you , help you with your suitcases , Show you how everything runs , familiarise you with the apartment and above all hand over the leys

It was everything we expected. The host was very accommodating. The Milk and fruit was a pleasant surprise. The host greeted us and answered all of our questions and offered some good advice for getting around and the local grocery store location. Special appreciates the advice on using a credit card for the bus and underground instead of trying to figure out which pass to buy.

Our family of 4 were warmly welcomed upon our arrival at the flat by Kristian, who provided lots of information about the flat and the surrounding area. We found the flat to be a fabulous base to come back to after exploring the sites of London. It was warm, cosy and comfortable. We loved its convenient location to all the things we wanted to do in London, yet it was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel like our little sanctuary. Thanks so much, Kristian & Pati.

We spent one week in Pâti and Kristian ‘ s apartment. It’s a quiet place that corresponds very well to the annonce description.
We were able to arrive a little bit earlier and were nicely welcomed .
The flat is very well located for the metro, grocery shops / supermarkets and restaurants and visits can be made by walking. We highly recommend !!
