Its location to Queens tennis club which was our reason for staying there. Also the speed in which the owners responded & they had a very friendly attitude.
Was sadly lacking in equipment- the oven had no shelves in it, the fan didn’t have a plug on the end, there were some dodgy sockets in the bedroom, the handle was hanging off the living room door & the patio door was very difficult to close. The public areas were in a poor state of repair & there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway.

Location, metro station nearby, grocery stores nearby, central heating.
Overall apartment conditions: the laminate floor was loose and dangerous for someone with bare feet, both bed and sofa bed not comfortable, linen was too small for the bed. No table cloth available, curtains without blackout which made us wake up very early in the morning. The stairs from the building were completely dirty.
