Superb
The property is located close to two metro stations, which is the most reliable way to go around the city (same line connected to 3 train stations!). With an entrance to the apartment through a cozy interior patio, it offers quite a bit of intimacy. The trash cans for the building are right in this patio, so a heads up that you hear all sounds very clearly from inside, but it is not so frequented or loud to be bothersome. The space is fit for 2 people and has some amenities such as a kitchen/fridge, very helpful if you want to prepare some of the meals. We received very precise videos with explanations for the access and other specificities which were of great help :) Also, the host was very responsive to us contacting them and was of great help with us checking in a bit earlier to leave our luggage over! No washing machine at the property, but a laundromat is not far off in the area.
The bathroom is fully functional, but very tiny - could be an issue for taller/larger people thinking of renting. The cooking area could do with some changes, as the stovetop is placed on top of the microwave and not near any window or vent. We came at the beginning of December (temperatures between 0-10C) and found that the heating system is not very effective in warming up the space. Would recommend at least providing a warmer duvet/covers if the system cannot be improved.
