Apartment was exactly as pictured. Bed linens were clean and beds comfortable. Location was excellent for exploring Paris! We would definitely use Merveille again. They were responsive and reliable.

Location was excellent. Fans were provided.
The apartment was obviously a converted office space with temporary walls. The photos of the rooms had pillows and plants but not the reality. There was one room with toilet and sink for six people that was really pooorly constructed. The shower room wasn’t any better. The hallway stair carpet was badly worn and the doors to the front doors needed painted. The air shaft was disgusting.

The location was excellent for walking to major sites.
The living room was basic & sofa was not comfy - but the location far makes up for it (we spent very little time sitting in the apartment).

Location and separate bedrooms
Kitchen not supplied, toilet tissue ran out after 3 days had to buy our own , mgmt communication very late to resolve issues, no instructions for garbage , heaters, no recommendations for the neighborhood. Pictures of the apt were very deceiving not at all as pictured. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable though .
