Excellent location - close to many things, easy to walk to metro station (etienne Marcel stop was a 5 minute walk). Lots of food choices around and a mini carrefour for basic food items. The washer-dryer is a 2 in one machine and doesn’t really get clothes dry, even with repeating the dry cycle multiple times. This was expensive, but very large for Paris, and we enjoyed our stay.

I really don’t like leaving a bad review but we were not comfortable staying here for many reasons. The pros: cleanliness, promptness of manager.The cons: we came in on a Saturday night. The area is a little rough. There is no light going into the stairwell so it was dark all the way up. The inside door does not have a lock from the inside so anyone with a code can get in. The couch in the picture is not there. The replacement is terrible. The primary shower floods the bathroom floor. Also, the refrigerator was not working.
