Everything was good! Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.
The walls are thin, if you have a suitcase you'll have to carry it up the stairs, and take toothpaste with you!

The room's interior design was really lovely; everything was state-of-the-art, like the lighting system, curtains that could be opened and closed with a single button, mirror lighting, etc. Our request for a room change during check-in was granted. Employees are generally friendly.
It's a bit far from the center, avarage 20 minute walk, and climbing the hill might be a little challenging.
Apart from that, on the last day, there was no hot water in the shower in the room; I reported this issue but no solution was provided. They said they would be there in 15 minutes regarding the situation, but no one has come or gone.

I liked how the rooms were fully equiped with tv, a big bathroom, towels and a small table with two puffs. The staff was very accommodating due to my arrival at 2am and made sure i had someone that would let me in. Location wise, it was in the middle of the old town in a very cute neighbourhood with so many bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
I am 5 weeks pregnant and the stairs to get to the last floor was very steep. I managed by hanging on to the railing. They should write that it has a steep access to rooms. Also the bed sheets were dirty, the towels looked old and the carpet had stains on the floor.
