Nevski Apartment

Удобное расположение, прекрасный хозяин

The apartment has a garage; this is very valuable in Belgrade center if you come by car. The garage is accessible via a car elevator going down to the basement, i.e. no ramp, and it's a bit narrow (not unexpected though)

The apartment is very clean and it has all amenities. The host is very friendly and helpful. Also, the location is perfect. A lot of interesting places in walking distance.

The view is great and location is pretty convenient for exploring the city. There is everything that you need in the apartment. We loved the place at first, but then…

The apartment's renovation is quite dated, so many things don't work or function poorly. The bathroom leaks badly every time you take a shower. Also, there is a loud, sharp banging sound in the toilet every 20 minutes, which is very irritating. The exhaust fan is incredibly noisy, making it impossible to use. You can hear the neighbors clearly, and there is a bar downstairs where music plays and people make a lot of noise every evening and night. The church bells also ring every morning at 8 a.m. so be ready for that.
