This property can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms, distributed as follows: GROUND FLOOR: - Bedroom 1: Double bed, air conditioning and bathroom - Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90x190 with air conditioning. UPPER FLOOR: - Double room 160x200 with air conditioning, bathroom en suite and dressing room. - Double room with two single beds 90x190 and air conditioning. - Double room with two single beds 90x190 with air conditioning. The property has two additional bathrooms one with a shower and the other a bathroom with a shower, outside near the pool another bathroom with a shower. The house has a beautiful TV room and dining room with capacity for 10 people and another small and cozy TV room. Fully equipped kitchen, the ground floor has air conditioning and free WIFI throughout the property. Built in outside kitchen area with barbecue. The living room accesses a fantastic terrace and a huge 10x5 m2 saltwater pool, ideal sun and shade for the perfect vacation! Located in a quiet residential area 27 km from the center of Palma and close to many beaches and coves. The Villa is located on the old road from Palma to Cala Pi from here spectacular views from the cliffs near Cabo Blanco and the best bay in Mallorca ´Es Trenc´ and ´Ses Covetes´, Ideal for those seeking peace and countryside, virgin beaches and golf. Not forgetting Playa del Arenal, which offers everything from varied restaurants to nightlife just 10 km away. The landlord only accepts families and couples over 30 years of age, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. This 5 bedroom villa offers accommodation with linens/sheets, kitchen, laundry, for your convenience. This villa has many amenities for guests .Close to the Villa, one Km away, you have local bars and restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy and various shops. Outside there is a beautiful gazebo and a terrace with a private pool to enjoy the summer and the sun. Located in a quiet residential area 20 minutes from Palma. The house is located on the old road between the cliffs of Playa de Palma and Cala Pi, and close to Cabo Blanco and the wonderful beaches of ´Es Trenc´ and ´Ses Covetes´ Ideal for those seeking tranquility , contact with nature, virgin beaches and golf. Without forgetting the Playa del Arenal with its wide tourist and nightlife offer is 10 km away, others just 1 km away are all services; doctor, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, stationery, hardware etc. Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
