All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas. It also has central heating throughout the house.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

We found that the location was perfect, nice and peaceful. Also we loved the fast service and the villa. We had an amazing vacation and would love to revisit here.
There where a few things not working like the dishwasher and the “purple” room had bit of a smell when we first came in.

Even though the house smelled a bit at first, overall it is amazing and we definitely enjoyed our stay! The pool is enormous and the fireplace is a really great feature of the house. Two rooms do not have airconditing, which made those pretty hot. All in all, we had a great time without any problems with Portic.
