About this villa rental

Detached finca for exclusive use. With 290 m² of space, 2 to 16 people can relax and enjoy their stay. The pool is located in a 1,200 m² garden. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms, a living-dining room with satellite TV, a modern kitchen, and two bathrooms; on the first floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area with a kitchen, satellite TV, and a bathroom plus a guest restroom. Additionally, there is a fully furnished sunroom with a large grill, kitchenette, dishwasher, etc. The garden offers plenty of space, outdoor furniture, a ping-pong table, atmospheric lighting, and an outdoor restroom. The nearest sandy beaches are Cala Blava (approx. 8 km), Cala Pi approx. 15 km, the rocky beach at Bahia Azul approx. 3 km, many shopping options within walking distance, a large supermarket approx. 5 km away, restaurants and bars also within walking distance, the Maioris golf course approx. 2.5 km away, tennis courts approx. 1 km away, marked bike trails right outside the house, and Aqualand approx. 10 km away. It’s a 20-minute drive to the airport

I had exchanged a number of messages with the owner who was very helpful and accommodating with our flight times and even let us check in early! There were originally 12 of us, but our numbers dropped to 8 - which meant we had extra room but the villa would have been big enough for all 12 of us and would have still still felt roomy. The bathrooms were nice and newly renovated, showers had a good pressure and it was great to have so many bathrooms for us to all get ready at the same time. The pool was great and big enough for us all to get in and enjoy. The shed had a number of things such as balls / inflatable volley ball net, and other things we were able The BBQ area was great although we didn't make much use of it given there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Mrs F! We would definitely recommend staying here, and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you again.
