La casa es increíble, tiene todo lo que necesitas, es grande, tranquila, el exterior es precioso, la piscina está genial, baño y habitaciones grandes, camas cómodas, etc. El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotras, contestó rápido todos nuestros mensajes, nos ayudó con el check in y check out dejándonos elegir hora y nos dejó un pack de comida de bienvenida con muchísimas cosas. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% y volvería a alojarme. Gracias por todo

The terrace was amazing and Marcelo is a great host

-good size living room with a nice view of the distant bay/city/mountains -bbq area/terrace -interesting villa design -caring host -location near Palma -plenty of towels

-SHARED property - misleading listing/description (half of the villa is occupied by the host and his family) -the inside-living space is much smaller than expected (maybe 100m2 total + very large roof-top terrace) -wifi connection is weak or no connection on the terrace -rather small and dark kitchen -no bathtub (some pictures in this listing are not accurate) -the entrance gate and driveway are very narrow and tricky to maneuver -two out of three bedrooms are super small -very small size TV in the living room only -missing basic essentials (bodywash, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tablets or soap..) -very cold water in swimming pool (not heated) -nasty toilet smell in master bedroom (open toilet - no doors) -squeaking bed in master bedroom (bed is old and small for a master bedroom) -low quality bedding -location (basically in the middle of nowhere - you must have a car to get around)
