I liked that the place actually looked the same like in the pictures. There was plenty of room outside and inside. Perfect place for a getaway with friends or family. Also a big plus is that everything you need (supermarket, restaurants, beach) is nearby.

The house was well maintained and also properly equipped. The outside area / terrace was where we mostly spent our time. The entire house is under air-conditioning. A garage is present for the vehicle. The pool was clean and large. TV available in lounge and all bedrooms. The area was relatively quiet, yet the main pubs were within walking distance (Ballermann / Bierkönig). A supermarket is 200m away, as is a fuel station. Plenty restaurants in the vicinity as well.

Lounge suite on terrace was uncomfortable / worn out. TV programmes were available only in Spanish (except Disney channel). Barbeque area could be equipped with BBQ tools and a proper grid. The arrangements for the keys are too cumbersome / agency too far away.

Nice house, very spacious and comfortable with a nice swimming pool. The furniture is modern and functional. The property is conveniently located in a safe and quiet neighboorhood, very close to El Arenal beach. Big supermarket at 3 min walking.

Some coffee and thee, as well as salt, pepper and that kind of general cooking staff, could have been provided.
