Gute Kommunikation vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist geräumig und sauber mit guter Lage am Ballermann 8/9. Strand, Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ist die direkte Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig. Ideal für große Gruppen - die Unterkunft ist nicht luxuriös, das kann man für den Preis aber auch nicht erwarten. Für ein paar Tage Urlaub aber völlig in Ordnung!

An der ein oder anderen Stelle ist die Unterkunft ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich ist aber alles sauber und funktional.

How organised the owner was and easy to get in touch with them. I felt extremely prepared and informed prior to arriving at the villa. We had two minor issues with the property that I'm only mentioning because the speed of response in rectifying them was tremendous. Would highly recommend the villa anyone going away in a big family / group.

The villa itself is very nice, spacious, and well-suited for a group stay. Cleanliness was good, and the facilities matched the description. We enjoyed our time at the property.

The handling of the security deposit was extremely frustrating. The host stated a refund window of 7 to 10 days, but it took two weeks, multiple reminders, and escalation warnings before the money was actually returned. Communication regarding the deposit felt non-transparent and delayed.
