It was very easy to deal with the host. Any issues / queries were dealt with very quickly. The location was excellent and the house itself was very spacious, very well equipped and clean. There were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed.
As we were a party of 12, we needed all 6 bedrooms. The 6th bedroom was in the lower floor which has no indoor access to the house, which we didn't realise until we got there.
