La ubicación, la zona exterior cumplía con las expectativas. La piscina bien, pero en las fotos engaña, es muy pequeña.

La casa nada más entrar, olía muy mal, a rancio, a los pocos días, descubrimos una bolsa de basura sin recoger, de los anteriores inquilinos. El mobiliario de jardín, así como la pérgola, eran muy viejos y estropeados. En la vivienda los muebles muy viejos y anticuados, camas incómodas, la cocina muy sobada, el lavavajillas no funciona, sartenes estropeadas inservibles, la zona de cocción es vitrocerámica, muy lenta, se requiere una de inducción, el salón muy amplio, climatizado, pero inservible, lleno de sofás y muebles viejos, no tiene una buena mesa para poder hacer las comidas o cenas las 12 personas que estábamos en la casa, tv vieja y canales de sexo, viajábamos con niños. Se avisó de problemas con las luces exteriores, muy estropeadas y peligrosas, de la basura, del lavavajillas, las respuestas muy correctas, pero la empresa no hizo nada, se les enviaron fotos como pidieron y nos dieron las gracias y no solucionaron el problema. En general la situación de la casa es muy buena, hace su función y en verano se hace la vida en el jardín, pero necesita una buena reforma.

The operator of this villa was extremely helpful and everything was perfectly organized from the airport pick up, through the delivery of the key and etc. There are beers and cold water provided in the house which guests can use and deduct from the deposit which is very comfortable. The house and the garden are very spacy and really beautiful, villa located in the calm, rather posh area of the island. To get to decent beach takes about 5 mins and really beautiful one is around 10 minutes walk. I recommend this place for families and groups - there were 12 of us and it was still very comfortable.

Everything is rather old and some of the garden furniture needs to be replaced with new. The rules of the house say that it is forbidden to use musical devices which, for some, can be seen as disadvantage but it seems like this is a rule of law in Mallorca.

The house itself, jugs of water provided in the house for purchase, beer provided in the hose for purchase, air conditioning in all the rooms, BBQ, amount of kitchen utensils and dishware, house in a beautiful location with beaches near by and views.

The pool was not clean our first week visiting, some of the outdoor furniture was rusty and breaking, the house is kind of in the middle of nowhere with very little nearby, no market walking distance have to cab/drive, beds are stiff and uncomfortable, the WIFI does not reach all over the house and does not outside if in the backyard.
