Parking was tight with two vehicles. The parking is off the side road and is meant for one vehicle.

Cute little cottage close to Asheville, good to travel with friends (with 2 separate bedrooms).

The cottage was easy to access, close to Asheville, and close to the exit off the freeway. The neighborhood is fun to walk around in, with a variety of homes and elevation levels. Our unit shared the cottage with a much smaller studio right next door. There were no visitors in that unit when we were there and it was very quiet. The cottage itself was clean, with some nice decorative details, and it was clearly recently updated, tastefully so. The kitchen was especially well done! The hosts also very generously put several high quality tea and coffee choices in the cabinets. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay there and would come back when we're in the neighborhood again.

The windows could use cleaning all around - which was revealed when opening them at night when it got cool enough. There was a little bit of a smell when you stepped inside, but an air purifier was running continuously in the little "office area".

Lovely cottage

I loved the location!, minutes from family and wonderful restaurant options close by.

Cobwebs on light fixtures in the kitchen. The kitchen and living area smelled of someone smoking. Ants in the shower along the window ledge, plus no vent . The bathroom smells of wet dog. Floors should be mopped after each guest. The tub needs a little elbow grease. With that being said, I own a business that maintains vacation condos, so I probably notice more than a regular traveler.

Adorable house in a convenient location

This house is well appointed and has everything you’d want or need. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and everything was fresh and clean. We had a small issue (something routine) and they were very responsive. It was easy to get into the heart of Asheville and to make day trips to surrounding areas from the location

The cottage was clean and felt like a home. Absolutely loved the map of USA and had pins available to pin where visitors are from. It’s was interesting to see where people are coming from to Asheville.

Only thing I would say was that the fridge was loud. We could hear it “buzzing”/making noise during the whole stay. Louder than a fridge usually sounds.

Our stay at the cottage was sublime! It's the perfect location to explore Asheville's many delights.

The cottage is extremely well-equipped, and we were delightfully surprised by the quality and variety of teas, coffee, and oatmeal provided in the kitchen. The entire space is very thoughtfully designed, and we sincerely enjoyed our time there. The location also provided the perfect jumping-off point for us to explore hiking trails off the Blue Ridge Parkway as well as all that downtown Asheville has to offer; it was only ~10 minutes' drive away.

We really didn't have any negatives about this property, but one thing we wished the cottage had was some outdoor patio furniture. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather during our stay and would have enjoyed a place at the cottage to enjoy being outside as much as possible. If you're driving in, maybe bring a couple of your own lawn chairs if you, too, want to spend more time outside.

Lovely attached cottage, great location.

I enjoyed being in a neighborhood instead of a hotel or downtown. I liked sharing a 2 bedroom cottage with friends from out of town. I liked the temperature control by room and the kitchen was a good size.

The parking on the side of the house was a little too tight for two vehicles. I think another comfy chair in the living room would be a welcome addition, since there is no TV (which is really a plus and a minus) The water pressure is a bit weak.

My Asheville Go To

This cottage was super cute and cozy. The beds and furniture were all so comfortable we hardly left the house. The location was perfect. I don't think we went more than 5 miles out for anything. Also, the host was very responsive to the questions I had there. Anything you forget, she probably has in the cottage.
