This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has hardwood floors, a brand new kitchen, plus a large deck and gas fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. Just 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the cute town of Weaverville, 13 min to Blue Ridge Parkway. Near dining and grocery shopping too.
