One of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain and close to all the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer, walkable to Reynolds Village with dining, shopping, wellness and more! And, you're only 10 minutes to the heart of downtown Asheville.
The home boasts new and upscale furnishings throughout. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying each other.The main living room features a gas fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table, and the chef-friendly kitchen with plenty of prep area, for folks to drink, eat or just hangout together.
The bedrooms afford privacy and very comfortable sleeping. The home affords free WiFi and Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. The home provides calming and relaxing space, comfortable beds and outdoor space to sit, sip a glass of wine or drink a local craft beer, while taking in the mountain air. Pets: This home is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.

Our family of 7 women stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful relaxing time together. Plenty of bedrooms and spaces to hang out. Everyone loved the long kitchen table where we enjoyed our meals and played games. We also appreciated having multiple bathrooms and were thrilled to discover that everyone’s beds were extremely comfortable!!!A great place to stay if you want to be close to Asheville conveniences but also feel like you are on a mountain trip!

4 sibs and some spouses from NY, Ohio, VA and SC enjoyed the region to celebrate the pre-holidays. The Sunnyside House was great, we loved the Biltmore all decked out for Christmas, we enjoyed a sunset dinner and wandering around The Gove Park Inn, and we took the Asheville walking tour (a bit confusing but ok). Of course good food, visiting and Mexican Train Dominos. Thanks for the good time!
