One of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain and close to all the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer, walkable to Reynolds Village with dining, shopping, wellness and more! And, you're only 10 minutes to the heart of downtown Asheville.
The home boasts new and upscale furnishings throughout. The kitchen offers state of the art stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and appliances needed for creating wonderful meals, all while enjoying each other.The main living room features a gas fireplace with a large-screen Smart TV and comfortable seating. The nearby dining area offers a large dining table, and the chef-friendly kitchen with plenty of prep area, for folks to drink, eat or just hangout together.
The bedrooms afford privacy and very comfortable sleeping. The home affords free WiFi and Smart TV's in all living areas and bedrooms. The home provides calming and relaxing space, comfortable beds and outdoor space to sit, sip a glass of wine or drink a local craft beer, while taking in the mountain air. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
