Welcome to Southbound, one of ten beautifully constructed villas located in the enclave of The Fold at Reynolds Mountain! This 4 bedroom property is newly built and has brand new furnishings! It exudes luxury from the moment you walk in. Stay close and walk to the restaurants and shops in Reynolds Village. Or, enjoy downtown Asheville and all of the shops, galleries, restaurants and more...you're just 10 minutes from your home base!
Upon entering the space, you will be greeted with an open floor plan including an inviting living room with a gas fireplace and a large smart tv, perfect for gathering and making memories. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for all of your cooking needs and with new stainless steel appliance the cook of the group will be right at home. Enjoy the feast at the large dining room table!
With 4 guest rooms, all with brand new mattresses, there is space for everyone. There is a main level King room and the other 3 are on the second level, with privacy for all. Step out onto the second level deck to enjoy the mountain air or soak in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Don't delay, book your stay today!

Pets: This home is dog friendly. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.
Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.
Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
