This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has hardwood floors, new kitchen, 2 living areas, and a large deck and gas fire pit to enjoy the outdoors. Just 10 minutes to Downtown Asheville, 5 minutes to the cute town of Weaverville, 13 min to Blue Ridge Parkway. Near dining and grocery shopping too.

We stayed with 2 families, and we had plenty of space for everyone! The home was incredibly clean. The house is super close to DT (10-15 mins depending on time of day), and I loved how close we were to the grocery store. There are 2 living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), which is great for families with kids. The downstairs living space had several games, which was a hit for our kids. There was a cute waffle bar, with everything provided to make waffles, which was a lovely bonus touch.

The house is in a great location, The house is very clean and well stocked with essentials. The owner is responsive and nice to work with. I recommend this home for your vacation.
