Spacious 1 Bedroom Guest Suite; Private entrance; less than 10 min DT AVL!

Brandon was very easy to work with. I was a solo traveler and it felt safe and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location was just as accommodating as a hotel with more privacy.

Quiet , clean efficient . Easy to find . A couple of places to eat with walking distance . A nice walking park / lake within a mile and a great pedicure place after . The sleep machine was a hit . Great shower and just enough tv to finish the day . Quick drive to Weaverville . plenty of parking at location with a backing pad if needed .

The property was clean and spacious with a great bathroom. Washer/dryer were a plus. Host was very responsive. Efficiency kitchen was perfect for our short stay. Pictures reflected the property and it was conveniently located to downtown.

Well, I was not prepared for the steepness of the drive and walk down to the basement, which a younger person may not find so intimidating. We are in our late 70s.The exterior stepping stones were almost covered on the lower half with dirt and mulch. Breakfast was only oatmeal, but the coffee was great, except there was no sugar or creamer. So we made a store run. The owner is not on the property. We were not informed of the new arrivals who were celebrating a graduation. You can hear every footstep and toilet flush. I am a light sleeper, and it was loud enough to awaken me at 3 am. Unfortunately, there is a slight smell of cat urine, upon entering. Febreeze time. Also, the bathroom lighting is horrible for a woman to apply makeup. Finally, there are three (3) remotes for the TV, which is so maddening. He did respond promptly and talked me through it. However, some of the programming is in Spanish and cannot be reset by the standard system adjustments. It was very close to the wedding venue, so we stayed. He needs to update the restaurant's guestbook. It may have been composed before COVID. I wish I had taken pictures. Personally, I would not stay again.
