Spacious 1 Bedroom Guest Suite; Private entrance; less than 10 min DT AVL!

This was a nicely updated and cozy place for a few days stay. There’s not a full kitchen but we didn’t require that. It’s conveniently located and close to everything in the Asheville area.

We liked the location and the nice view. The host was helpful and giving us information about how to volunteer with efforts to clean up, hurricane Helene

The location to Asheville was as advertised. There were a some areas that had dirt and dust accumulation. I also ended up getting bit by fleas during my stay. I let the homeowner because it is a pet friendly rental, that way they could treat for this.

Very clean and comfortable suite. We enjoyed our stay. A toaster or toaster oven would be nice.

Excellent first experience not booking a hotel!

Brandon's property is convenient to all-things Asheville a traveler would want to experience. Downtown areas and peripheral attractions are a short driving distance away. The apartment is comfortable and exceptionally well-kept...and very quiet in the evenings and nights for those all-so-necessary relaxation times.

Nice VRBO accommodation, but three days into my week long reservation, I relocated to a different place to stay. You hear every footstep upstairs, including the dog and all conversations they have anywhere near the kitchen. I was refunded the amount of their cancellation policy. Fine place to stay if you are okay hearing every word of conversations in their kitchen above.

Due to a job change, we planned a quick week long vacation at the beginning of June, and chose this rental due to the very reasonable rate, the description of the property and the pictures. You would be hard pressed to find a better value for your money in Ashevlle. I was not totally sure what to expect with just a mini-fridge and microwave, but believe it or not it was more than adequate. Although, I will admit a real kitchen would have been nice. We bought items from the grocery store for breakfast, made sandwiches for lunch to eat wherever we happened to be, and with the money we saved on breakfast and lunch, tried out new restaurants every night. Sometimes we picked up an order and brought it back to our basement apartment and other times we ate at the restaurant. We had good television coverage all but one night. We were following the College World Series which had just started while we were there. We are big fans of the College World Series champion Tennessee Vols, but we had left by the time the final 3 games were played.. Everything about staying at this rental was exactly, if not better, than advertised. My only suggestion is possibly a firmer bed. The landlord lives upstairs in the main house and is very helpful with directions, restaurants nearby and suggestions of places to check out. The next time we stay overnight in Asheville, we will definitely check to see if this place is available. We highly recommend.

We LOVED our stay at this location! It was incredibly spacious and felt like our own personal home. Our pup loved the grassy area. The shower was incredibly spacious and the whole space was modern, updated, and very clean. In great proximity to everything in Asheville. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!

This place was very nice overall. It is in a great location near Beaver Lake and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Brandon is a really nice guy and a very gracious and generous host. The weather was not very favorable, but we were still able to see a lot and we enjoyed some really good food downtown. There is also a great place to eat at the end of his street. I would not hesitate rebooking this place for our future visits to Asheville.

For the price it was a good rental. Clean, large and decent location. Bed and couch were not comfortable. Need to be updated. Also, path leading to entrance was poor. Elderly or disabled need to beware. But for the cheap price It was fine.

Brandon created a beautiful space with all the conveniences of home! The apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean and perfectly located in a safe neighborhood. Thank you, Brandon! I'm sure I'll return!

Spacious, clean and great price. Very noisy. You are definitely in the basement and there is at least 2 people who live upstairs and you hear every footstep they take. You can smell everything they cook. It’s not like being in a hotel and sounds above or besides you are muffled. I would give the noise level a 7 on a 1-10. When they eat breakfast and dinner it’s very noisy. Hearing the dishes banging around can be annoying. And they have a dog that barks periodically . The welcome book asks you to be quiet after 11:00pm on weekdays but I don’t know if the owners realize how noisy it is when they are walking around and they walk around well past midnight and even multiple times in the middle of the night. The bed is not comfortable nor is the couch. The book says they have noise machines in the bedroom and living room. No noise machine was found in the living room and the one in the bedroom makes sounds as if it’s broken. Besides the noise this is a really clean, spacious getaway with an amazing price.

Very nice accommodations and very convenient access to UNC and other sites. Brandon was most responsive to any issues. Highlight was the squirrel sleeping in crook of tree outside bedroom window one morning.

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious unit. The hosts were nice and very accommodating. There was some sound from upstairs but it was manageable. It was also very well located to the Biltmore, downtown, Botanical gardens etc.

Its very spacious and clean. Easy to find and access. The best place we have stayed.

The space was very nice and big as the pictures showed online. The living room was huge, we did yoga each morning. Kitchen worked well for us for the weekend, and very nice shower. The best part was seeing 12 turkeys outside the window two of the mornings!!

All of the conveniences I could want. Very cozy. I was concerned about it being a basement apartment but there is really no concern necessary. I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t already booked

It was just me in the condo for the weekend between my lease being up and moving into my new house. Very lovely property; clean, quiet, and private. Great visit!

Long weekend getaway for my husband and I. Location was great. We didn’t want to stay in downtown Asheville, but wanted to be able to get there easily. Very short drive to downtown, but just far enough away to not feel like in the city traffic. Also, easy to get to Biltmore Estate from the house. Place was very clean and neighborhood was very nice/quiet. Definitely would stay there again.

Exactly as described. Very clean. And there was even a nice homemade treat for our pup sitting there upon arrival. He said it was delicious..but REALLY wanted to go play with the Turkeys outside. Yep. Real Turkeys. They're like the neighborhood watch. Thanks Brandon. Great stay here. Great location too. 5-10 minutes from everything..if you're in a rush..lol

Quick weekend trip to Asheville - location was great!

This was a perfect place for me to stay while in Asheville for a conference. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe staying here and slept great. It ended up being cheaper than a hotel and I had more space so I didn't feel cramped and had a living room to hang out in as opposed to just a bed in a hotel room. It was close to a lake with a nice path around it for morning runs, which was even more perfect!
