1920s bungalow near river, 8 min to DT AVL!

The house is great. Very clean. You would never know dogs are allowed. The location is close to everything- under ten minutes to downtown, UNC Ashville, or River Arts District. The beds are comfortable and the house is well cared for. I would definitely stay here again.

Place was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everything was exactly as stated, great location. We will be back!

The house was so cozy and perfect for our overnight in Asheville. So many little details that helped us feel right at home!!

Overall, this was a very cute place to stay, very clean and organized. The host also supplies basically everything you need aside from personal belongings like dishes, laundy detergent, hair dryer, etc. The host was nice and quickly responds to messages. However, in the listing, it's states there is a coffee shop across the street and a park down the road for canoeing, kayaking, tubing etc. These two things specifically, greatly determined my sister and I stay at this house. The day after we got there we wanted to go kayaking, and then found out the majority of the park is closed down due to construction. There's hardly even a walking trail because the rest of it is blocked off. Then, we also find out the coffee shop across the street burnt to the ground a few months back. Needless to say we were not happy about this but the host did refund the one night we left early. I also wanna throw in that this house is right on, what seems like a busy road, so the cars are very loud when they pass by. There wasn't one day we were there where an ambulance didn't come flying down the road and it was very loud. I'd say this place would be okay for a city person but if you live in the quiet country like I do, it's probably not for you.
