About this house rental
With our newly updated rooms, we can now accommodate 9 people in beds! We have a new day bed, two new twin beds, and kept our bunk bed (bottom full size mattress only; the top is used for luggage storage). Now welcoming up to 1 dog to stay!
The Caroline is a newer spectacular 3-story contemporary mountain home located on Reynolds Mountain. You'll find your spacious hideaway conveniently located near downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, Beaver Lake, hiking & biking trails, the River Arts District and more. If staying put is your desire, this home has everything you'll want. Whether it's a girls' weekend, a family get-together or a romantic couples retreat, The Caroline waits to welcome you
This beautifully appointed home can accommodate up to 9 adult guests.

The Primary ensuite Bedroom (king bed) is located on the main floor. The Primary ensuite Bathroom has a large vanity, double sinks and walk-in shower. You'll also find a large walk-in closet with plenty of space to for your luggage.
The 3 remaining bedrooms are located on the third floor of this stunning home. You will find a cozy conversation cove and a large guest bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub.
We also have a desk in the smaller bedroom (with the daybed). Our high-speed internet will help to ensure you don't miss a single email.

Our cozy living room area with a large comfy couch, gas fireplace and new Smart TV allows you to drink your coffee (or wine) inside or outside to the deck where you can enjoy the mountain views and fireplace from the other side. Our sunsets are amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at The Caroline in Asheville! The accommodations were warm, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, which made our stay so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole place was spotless. Communication with the host was amazing—quick, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect as well: close to everything and very easy to get in and out. We would return in a minute! Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was great. House was awesome. Management was excellent to work with. Perfect location. A little on the north end of Asheville but still could get everywhere in less than 15 min.
