The most important advantage is closed parking (not on the street). The view from the terrace is wonderful. The location is relatively not far from the lake. There were no other guests, so it was quiet in the room. The apartment provides baby bed and chair for the breakfast. You can use kettle any time you want.
There is no towel’s dryer in the bathroom, so the towels were wet all the time. We asked once to change them, so they were changed only on this day and on the next days we didn’t get dry ones. We had cleaning of the room not every day, sometimes only waste collection, we had better expectations because of high cleanliness scores from other guests. The breakfast was ok. It was tasty, but we would wish to get more food, it was not always enough for a long hiking day outside. There was no view from the window, it had a backyard side. We didn’t get contact to an apartment owner, only to a helping girl, whose English was not very good.
