I primarily chose this property because it is close to the train station. On arrival my expectations were immediately exceeded by the amazing hosts, beautiful property and generously proportioned accomodation. Breakfast is a feast. I will come here again.

Incredible! Lucia works so hard for her guests and really makes the stay memorable. My partner has dietary restrictions and she did a great job accommodating those, plus gave us lots of insights on how to take the ferry, train, and so on. Mandello is a very cute little town and this place is right in the center, just steps away from the train station, very easy to get wherever you’d like to go. The walk to the ferry is a bit longer but easy through the beautiful part of the old town. Also check out Galli e Gufi, we had an amazing dinner there with great atmosphere, food and service.

Lucia was an amazing host - very communicative and helpful. The property was stunning, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do there. The breakfast was better than a hotel breakfast. The attention to detail was remarkable. It was overall lovely and we can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The family who runs the hotel made us wonderful breakfast every day and came with great advice on sights, restaurants and how to get there. I will definitely come back next time I go to Como.

Our hostes was the best! As soon as we arrived she sat us down for a complete orientation of the area, the ferry runs, train schudle, etc. The house was very convient to everything. And the yard was a beautiful place to relax.
