El propietario fue super amable, nos dejo su propia plaza de parking para aparcar, la zona esta muy bien comunicada y la habitación junto con las zonas comunes están muy bien equipadas.
No se asusten con el ascensor, funciona a las mil maravillas y da un toque vintage a la experiencia
Calidad - precio muy buena.. es justo lo que buscabamos para 1 dia expres de visita.
La unica queja es que en ese momento habia obras y deberia informarse, a mi me pillo en fin de semana y no se trabajaba... pero entre diario quizá sea molesto. No es algo que el propietario pueda controlar.. pero quizá si, informar. Otra cosilla es que hubo un mal entendido con el propietario a la hora de pagar la tasa de turismo obligatoria en Italia, nos cobro el x2.. no se si fue malentendido por mi parte o que me la colaron por turista, pero bueno.. se disfrutó la estancia de todas formas.

Sehr freundliches Personal, hell eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und geteilter Küche mit den anderen beiden Gästezimmern. Dank im regelmäßigen Takt angefahrener Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus ist man schnell im Zentrum von Genua.
Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße und Bahntrasse. Trotz geschlossener Fenster und Rollläden hat man den Verkehr nachts im Zimmer gehört. Wer empfindlich darauf reagiert, sollte für seinen Aufenthalt Gehörschutz mitnehmen.
Alle Heizungen liefen bei Ankunft trotz knapp 20°C Außentemperatur auf voller Stufe, was für eine enorme Hitze im Raum gesorgt hat.
