The host is very nice and explained everything very well. She also recommended thing to see and restaurants to try. She also showed me where to park for free even though they have paid parking.
The apartment is very clean and has everything you need.
We ask not to enter the room for house keeping but they did (I guess bad communication). Problem they left balcony doors slightly open behind the curtains and we could not notice till next day morning. our night was full of mosquitos.
When I text the owner about it, I receive no reply at all.
Air Condition was not blowing air. After I cleaned the filter it is better but can't bring the temperature below 22 degree even if it was on for the whole night with the room door closed.

The staff is very polite and the room was clean and contained all the essential stuff for the type of accommodation. The Wi-Fi was working properly. Close to university buildings and the city center is easy to reach by public transport.
Even though the mattress was not very comfortable it allowed to sleep well.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Every room has a balcony, which is not so obvious in this price range. Public, multi-storey parking with reasonable prices is available within 5 minutes walk.
