Perfect location. Close to the beautiful beach and local restaurants. If you need some rest close to the sea, this is perfect spot. Room and bathroom was clean and well equiped. Kettle, hair dryer, shampoo and towels included.

I liked everything, but it could be more natural light in the room

The room was modern and had good facilities for the price. It was so close to Boccadesse Beach and easy access to the Marina/Port in Genoa. Our cleaner, Daniela, was very helpful and understanding. Good value of money but only if the management were more cooperative. Otherwise, can be quite an unpleasant stay.

When we arrived, we found a couple of the sheets were stained and torn, but these were quickly rectified. However, there was also a dirty bin-bag with a USED CONDOM left in the room from the previous guests, and BUGS were found in the room (particularly in the BED) throughout our stay. Unfortunately, management were an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with when it came to these issues. They tried to say we left the window open, when we did not, we used the A/C. The owner also accused us of "contaminating" "polluting" and "breaking" the water cooler on the premises. She threatened to force us to check-out early, and also redacted her partial refund and compensation offered previously when we complained of BUGS IN THE BED!
