Calm and Cosy stay near to high level beaches

Calm and cosy place 10 minutes by car to Ammolofoi beaches and Nea Peramos. The village has mini market and supermarkets in Nea Peramos. Balcony has a very good view.

Balcony chairs are good but they can be more comfortable just to give better a feedback. Not actually a dislike.

The appartment was spotless, very well furnished, and the balcony had the most amazing view - so amazing that my boyfriend chose that spot for a proposal! And the service we received from the hosts was exceptionally professional and welcoming

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment in a tranquil village near Nea Peramos, Kavala, and I can wholeheartedly say it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, sparkling clean, and clearly part of a newly built structure. It was nestled in a serene green setting surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, offering an authentic taste of the Greek countryside. The view from the apartment was simply breathtaking—overlooking vast, cultivated land filled with olive and wine trees, and stretching all the way to the picturesque bay of Nea Peramos. The apartment was thoughtfully designed and very well equipped, including the kitchen, which had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking was conveniently available right by the property. The quiet atmosphere, combined with the beautiful natural surroundings, made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The owner and staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, making me feel truly welcome. This place is a true gem, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and high-quality stay near Nea Peramos. I will certainly choose this place again on my next visit.

The best spacious apartment with an amazing view

That's by far the best place we have stayed in Greece! The view from the big windows and balcony is simply amazing - looking over vineyards and olive trees. You could watch the sunrise and starry sky, while listening to the sounds of nature, far away from the city noise and hustle. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and offer everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are always there to help, super attentive and kind. For a couple that drinks lots of coffee, we found the Nespresso coffee machine a great amenity, and a compliment of four coffee capsules magically appeared every morning. The apartment is only a 10-minute drive away from beautiful beaches with golden fine sand and crystal blue water.

The place has a great location to visit different beaches, you need to have a car. It's in a quiet area. The village has just a few places where you can eat and small shops. There a much more options for this near the beach - between 10 -20 min by car. The view from the apartment is beautiful.

A microwave oven would be useful in the kitchen.

We spend there one week. Extremely clean, very professional attitude. I wish next time to spend one month. The view from the balcony was spectacular. It was no more than 8 min drive to Peponi, Blue, Wave etc. Well ... we will definitely do our best to get back there at 7 grapes. Thank you much 7 grapes.

If you want a break from work and a real vacation in peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The beaches are ten minutes away by car, and you can enjoy cooler air, because the property is near a mountain. The breakfast was wonderful and I highly recommend it.

Stylish and comfortable with a great seaview

Brand new, nice and stylish, spacious and comfortable, with all one needs - a big fridge, a full cooker, a great shower, a comfortable mattress, a large terrace… it’s close enough to the sea, yet in a quiet place away from the congestion at the coast, plus the seaview is spectacular. It was our second visit this summer and we’ll certainly come back next summer.

All is great! But it’ll be good to add a mop/broom in the rooms - with self-catering one needs something to clean up sand etc.

The hotel is new, spacious and located conveniently far enough from the busy streets of Nea Peramos or Nea Iraklitsa, but close enough to get to a number of beaches in the area (organised or off the beaten track depending on one's preference) within minutes by car. The views from the terrace are great and overlook the vineyards and olive groves of the plain with the sea on the horizon.

The hotel is brand new and very well furnished. The rooms are spacious and bright. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a quick meal. We loved our balcony overlooking the grape fields and sea. On the opposite, you have the bedroom overlooking the mountains and you get the best of both with the stay at 7 Grapes :) If you are looking for a stay that is nice and quiet and away from the small town crowded nights then this is for you.

The hotel is on the outskirts of a small village Elevtheraí 4 km away from Nea Peramos, but you still have mini markets close to it and within walking distance. You need to drive to the beach, but this was not a problem at all for us.

Whatever I say will be little. Very nice place to stay! New building, absolutely bright and clean. New furniture and devices. Enough space for our belongings. A wonderful terrace with a great view! The hosts speak English so the communication was super easy. The location is 5km away from the sea but this is a positive thing because it's in a very quiet area far away from crowds and noise and we did sleep very very well. Once again THANK YOU for the lovely gift! We felt so special! :) Will come back for sure!
