Amazing stay right next to a cute little beach

Just a few meters from a beach with clear water. Exceptionally clean. Great vibe, tastefully decorated. I believe I will visit this place again, it's such a great value!

The apartment is brand new and was extremely clean. On the 3rd day of our stay the host did not only changed the sheets and the towels but also cleaned the whole apartment paying a special attention to the bathroom. The location is perfect just 2 min from the Nea peramos beach (though we do not like it and visited Blue beach every day)

Is was woderfull and i want to repet nex year

we dont have breakfast. Very good location near tavern and shopping. The sea is at 50 meters, the sand is fine and water is like a lake

The appartment was very nice, clean and in few steps from everything. The lady who accomodated us was very kind and lovely.

The bathroom was very small, especially when you have to wash a child but it's not really a big issue. I would suggest the host to put a wardrobe somewhere (there is a place). For people who stay longer would be nice to arrange their luggage. A common washing machine could be also of usage.

The perfect choice for a stay in Nea Peramos

We choose this studio for our stay in Nea Peramos for second time and we are really delighted for our choice. The studio is really cosy, clean and well designed. The location is great - close to the main street with excellent tavernas, cafes and shops. The host is so friendly, it was a pleasure for us to stay at her place.
