Could be great but desperately needs maintenance

Cooker not working - loo leaking ( resolved after 36 hours) Wi-Fi intermittent - some handles and towel rails coming loose - could be great but needs care and attention

Loved Pistoia, loved the apartment.

Great location in the middle of Pistoia. Fruit and vegetable markets downstairs every morning in the square as well as. butchers, bakers, bars, cafes, restaurants and everything else we needed. Tommaso was a great host and even helped us out when we locked ourselves out of the apartment!

Maybe more instructions provided for the heating etc.

Superb

A very nice and spacious appartment in the heart of the old city. The owner is very friendly and contacted us right in time with all neccesary Information about the appartment. Great spot to discover the town. It is located around the corner of the great piazza della sella, which houses some great restaurants and shops. After strolling through the old city it was always a pleasure to return to the quitness of the appartment. Appartment is on the third floor. That's is great at night time, as the cool evening breeze really cools the place down!

Excellent apartment for a large family.

We chose this apartment as our base to explote Tuscany Pisa and Florence by train. We were pleasantly surprised and loved the location. The facilities were clean and well maintained. All the amenities a family needs are there. Our host was easy to contact and rapidly dealt with minor issues we had. The secret to this apartment is location at the centre of Pistoia. Piazza De La Sala is happening from morning (with fruit stalls) to night. When you think your day is over its easy to continue downstairs when it really comes alive at night.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a great atmosphere. It is right in centre and very close to many restaurants and sights. Tomasso was very helpful.

We liked it all. Some people may not like the street noise but being in such a great position, and up on 3rd floor, with lift, you just may need earplugs

Lovely Apartment to be to blend in with the locals

Our host was very good with communicating before during and after checking in and check out process. He was willing and available very quickly responding to questions. Easy walk to free parking. Just at the Palazzo where you can shop for all kinds of foods and wine. Short walk to Conad grocery store. There is a lively night life as well without having to walk far. Amazing market just outside the main building around the corner. Spacious unit. Large dining table. Well equipped. Very bright. Washer in unit was a plus. Elevator was helpful. Beautiful city. Quiet building. Clean hallways. Dishwasher was a surprise and a treat. We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you.

Exceptional

Without a doubt the best place we stayed in Italy. It is a spacious apartment full of details that make you feel at home! I had the feeling of living in Italy thanks to this apartment, clean, cozy, bright, with a divine kitchen with all the utensils in case you need to cook. Every window of this place has a beautiful view of Italian alleys, it is close to bakeries, markets and everything there to see in the little town. It is quiet in general but one night there was noise in the front alley but that was not even annoying, the other way around! living the experience of listening to a small happy party in the alley of your apartment made me happy at night and I slept peacefully. The owner Tomaso always puntual and smiling, you can see that he has put a lot of love into this project. Without a doubt, we would stay in this beautiful place again and again! Thank you so much Tomasso for all the small details in your place! We saw all of them!

Geräumige Wohnung an Top-Lage mitten im Zentrum

Die Lage ist fantastisch in mitten der Altstadt. Gute Grösse auch für 4 Erwachsene. Für manche könnte es aber zu laut sein.

Falls man heikel ist nicht sehr sauber. Bettwäsche und Badetücher aber sauber und frisch. Wer Geräuscheempfindlich ist braucht Oropax, wegen dem Treiben auf der Strasse.

Много недоделок но квартира отличная

Просто потрясающее расположение - внизу центральная площадь, где вечером собираются итальянцы, очень атмосферно. При этом при закрытых окнах не шумно, вполне комфортно. Внизу абсолютно потрясающая кофейня. До вокзала можно дойти за 10 минут. Огромный плюс - есть лифт, хоть и медленный, но его наличие радует. Город вообще отличная база для посещения Флоренции - 35 минут и вы во Фло, при этом и сам городок очень милый и атмосферный.

Во первых хозяину нужно сменить уборщиц - убирали, убирали и в итоге ничего не убрали - по всему полу волосы и грязный холодильник, мокрые тряпки бросили прямо на стиральную машину, вся посуда жирная, даже губка старая и жирная возле раковины. Чудо женщины да и только. Во вторых вся квартира требует небольшого ухода - вроде мелочи, но их много. Нужно всего лишь уделить немного внимания ремонту, например розетки на кухне и одному из туалетов. В третьих - в комнате с двумя односпальными кроватями просто кошмарные матрасы!!! Настолько мягкие, что просто проваливаются под взрослым человеком. В итоге это мелочи, которые легко привести в порядок. Во всем остальном квартира прекрасная и я бы снова выбрала её при посещении Пистойи.
