As it is right on the road and traffic can get often jammed front balcony is a NO in peak times, but than you have back terrace and space next to swimming pool to relax outside

A week in Kotor

- There is a small water entrance just in front of the building - The pool is a huge plus - Shower and toilet by the pool - Beautiful view of the mountains and the bay from the pool area - The house is comfortable and fully equipped

- The owners' car and boat almost entirely occupy the parking space. It is hard to park your car. There is no other place to park the car in the surrounding area - There is no sidewalk on the road. Traffic I heavy, and people are walking on both sides of the very dangerous road. - The house is just by the busy road. It is a nighttime nightmare as the bedroom is on the road level. You hear all the cars and the road manhole sounds... - Warm water runs out very quickly. A couple of times, the last person taking a shower had only cold water :( - WIFI is not working by the pool. Luckily, we had our own mobile router.

Beautiful views, in a lovely villa

We loved the area, parking is always a challenge in kotor but is possible with patience. The pool and facilities were excellent, great views, changing min by min. Lovely place and we would love to return 😊

On arrival we were very disappointed that the owner had filled both car parking spaces. One with his car and the other with his boat. The agency guy said there was nothing he could do at first, we were prepared to leave and find somewhere else, as the parking was one reason we chose this villa. We squeezed our brand new car just off the road first night, with the promise the car would be moved next day, and it was, so all good. One other issue is the strength of wifi signal, doesn’t work by the pool 😣 a bit annoying!

Spacious, beautiful, great pool (it seemed with little chlorine inside, what we appreciate a lot!), excellent views, well equipped, great place to make a bbq, privacy
