Welcome to Villa Verde!
Formerly known as a textile industrial city, Nordhorn has evolved into a “water city in the countryside” guided by its motto: “Only those who have goals know the way.” As a result, Nordhorn has become a true local recreational destination for active families and couples.

Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to enjoy numerous discounts at more than 20 partner businesses in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.
One dog may be accommodated for an additional fee. Other pets by request only.
A parking space at the house is available free of charge.
With our Villa Verde right on the canal, we’ve created a two-story oasis of greenery for you to relax in. Two spacious velvet sofas, an open kitchen with modern appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, box-spring beds, a large bathroom with a wellness sauna and whirlpool, and a wooden terrace with comfortable garden chairs and loungers will make your vacation even more enjoyable.
Magenta TV and the Telekom fiber-optic network are included as standard features. In the evenings and on cold days, the fireplace in the living room spreads a cozy warmth throughout the entire house. We invite you to discover Nordhorn with its waterways and bike paths.
Your own insulated bike shed with a charging station for 4 e-bikes is, of course, at your disposal.
The cozy downtown area with its many cafés and restaurants, the Nordhorn Zoo, the large outdoor pool, the Sparta Nordhorn Tennis Club, and a skate park are all within easy walking distance.
