The sports park, Lake Vecht, downtown, and the zoo are all nearby. Cycling along the Nordhorn-Almelo Canal, which runs directly alongside Seepark, you’ll cross the “green border” into the Netherlands in about 15 minutes.
Experience a cozy atmosphere in this high-quality, tastefully furnished two-story vacation home. The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a guest restroom, and a loft with two lounge chairs for relaxation.

On the first floor, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen, the dining area with a large, white, extendable table, and the living room with a cozy fireplace. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see out onto the terrace, into the garden, and onto a canal that connects the nearby (approx. 100 m) small lake/pond—home to many waterfowl—to the Vechte River. The bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a whirlpool tub, and a sauna. The terrace faces south and west, offering a side view of the small lake with its waterfowl. A patio umbrella, a charcoal grill, and a large patio table with comfortable garden chairs are provided. Bicycles can be stored safely and dry in the lockable shed, which is equipped with a multi-outlet power strip (e.g., for charging e-bikes).
The house is very cozy and is ideal for families with children of all ages (high chair, crib), as well as for couples with or without a dog, or even for small groups. Whether it’s a biking, wellness, group, fishing, or family vacation for up to six people and a pet, thanks to the high-quality amenities, nothing stands in the way of your relaxing vacation.
