About this house rental
Welcome to our vacation home “Hanna” in Seepark Nordhorn, the waterfront town surrounded by greenery.
Information on additional costs and fees:
Rental rates are based on 4 people Personen.Strom/Wasser/Heizung s are included.
One large dog or two small dogs can be accommodated for an additional fee.
Bedding, linens, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to take advantage of numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.
A parking space is available free of charge.
Enjoy your stay in our newly built vacation home on the outskirts of downtown Nordhorn, set in the park-like, bike-friendly countryside of the County of Bentheim.
Up to four people can enjoy their vacation in our modernly furnished vacation home with a lake view. Your four-legged friend is also welcome. Here you’ll find an oasis of relaxation with a sauna, hot tub, fireplace, and cozy seating areas inside the house and on the terrace.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen-diner with a large dining area and a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and sauna. Also on the first floor, you’ll find the utility room with a washer-dryer. A large wooden terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles.
In the living area, you can spend cozy hours enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
In the wellness bathroom, featuring a sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The underfloor heating completes the feel-good experience.
You’ll find an additional guest bathroom on the upper floor. There you’ll also find the two bedrooms with double beds and a cozy sofa on the loft.
Our house is the ideal starting point for a bike ride along the Fietsentour —a network of bike paths stretching over 1,200 km through the County of Bentheim.
Take a boat tour on the Vechte River or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
The town of Nordhorn attracts visitors with its cozy cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping opportunities. All of these places are within easy walking distance.
The zoo in Nordhorn is another highlight. Plus, the nearby Netherlands is a great destination for day trips.
