Popular recreational activities, almost all within walking distance, offer plenty of variety: Lake Vechtesee, the zoo, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, a skate park, a children’s playhouse, and museums. You can explore “Wasserstadt Nordhorn” (Nordhorn, the Water City) with boat trips through the “Grachten” and canoe tours. Its surroundings, the “Grüne Grafschaft” (Green County), can be explored via a well-developed network of bike paths. The Netherlands, with its shopping opportunities, is also just a short trip away.

The open-concept kitchen is generously equipped with all modern brand-name appliances. Both bedrooms are equipped with TVs. An additional guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the cozy loft.

The house offers pure relaxation. An on-site sauna, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a shower create a feel-good atmosphere. Two separate restrooms and an utility room with a washing machine round out the exclusive amenities.

A private parking space is available in front of the house.
