About this house rental

A warm welcome to our newly built vacation home, “Windrose”!



In your private vacation home, “Windrose,” you’ll enjoy the best vacation days in a spacious 77m². The house is bright and modernly furnished and can accommodate the whole family—up to 5 people. Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here.



Good to know:



Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. With it, you’ll benefit from numerous discounts at more than 20 partner businesses in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.



Rental rates are based on 4 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night.

A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rental payment.

Costs for electricity (0.35 €/kWh), gas (1.50 €/m³), and water (6.50 €/m³) are billed based on consumption (prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.

Bedding, linens, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

One pet may be accommodated for an additional fee. To book additional pets, please contact your travel agency.

A parking space is available free of charge.



Spend a cozy evening in the spacious living area in front of the fireplace, or treat yourself to some relaxation in the wellness area, which features a sauna, washing machine, whirlpool, and walk-in shower. Entertainment is provided by a modern TV and a Blu-ray-compatible DVD player.



On the beautiful terrace—where garden furniture is provided—you can spend cozy hours enjoying a glass of wine. The garden invites you to linger. You can safely store your bicycles in the lockable bike shed.



Wind down your day in the two cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is also a travel crib here. In the second bedroom, in addition to the bunk bed, there is a single bed (both 90 x 200 cm) as well as an additional TV.



Treat yourself to a relaxing stay in our beautiful vacation home. You can park your car in the free parking lot next to the house.

Beim Betreten des Objektes viel ins auf das die Eingangstür nicht mehr richtig schließt, sie war verzogen. Sauber war die Unterkunft auch nicht, Flecken auf dem Boden, hinter der Kommode im Wohnzimmer war alles voller Staub und Kaffeetassenabdrücke auf den Nachtkommoden. Kein TV im Eltern Schlafzimmer dafür aber im Kinderzimmer, fanden wir persönlich nicht so gut. Da die Häuser direkt am Wasser sind, wären Fliegengitter von Vorteil, im Eltern Schlafzimmer ist eine Terrassentür drin und man konnte nachts nicht ganz aufmachen, aus Angst das Igel oder andere Tiere aufeinmal nachts ins Zimmer kommen. Das Haus ist für 5 Personen, leider war der Terrassentisch nicht für so viele Personen gedacht, da sollte definitiv ein größerer hin, damit man zusammen draußen sitzen kann. Ansonsten haben wir die 4 Tage genossen.
