Location was perfect. The Condo was immaculate, all the furnishings and equipment were comfortable and in working order. The floors were lovely. It was such a roomy space. All the rooms and closets were huge. It was super easy to get in and out of the condo with the key pads. I felt very safe in the space.
I had such a hard time figuring out how to work the TV! Obviously, I could turn it on, but navigating the available channels was a real challenge. What works, what doesn't, how to get local stations. Luckily I had Netflix!
I'm not sure if there was designated parking for the unit, that would have been awesome.
The street noise was pretty awful late at night and early in the morning, but that's to be expected I guess in a high traffic area....next to a restaurant and across the street from construction....that's where I think the price could have been reduced somewhat for that inconvenience.

No toilet paper. Need to let renter know to bring own or supply.
