Beach cottage built in 1940's with updates/renovations. Ideal for family vacations at the beach. Convenient to EVERYTHING and downtown off-street parking (tandem - can fit three cars in driveway). On the ocean block - Steps to beautiful beach, Rehoboth Beach Bandstand, Boardwalk, tons of shopping, great restaurants, art galleries, activities, FUNLAND....and much more! Central Heat and A/C throughout.

Fantastic location! Being able to basically park the car for the week and walk to everything was amazing. The kids loved having Funland right across the street. Kitchen was well equipped. The front porch is a great hangout spot that we all enjoyed the entire stay. If you’re looking for a cozy spot right in the middle of all Rehoboth has to offer, you’ll love this spot.

Charming house in a fabulous location. The kitchen had everything you could want. Two minute walk to beach and boardwalk.Great place to stay.

we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and boardwalk! The enclosed front porch was very comfortable. we had good weather; possibly a little too hot. It was amazing how quiet it was inside the house despite being so close to Funland! I did not realize that the washer/dryer was outside the house. That made it a little less convenient. The house was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the week very much!
