Would highly recommend and would do again!

The owner was really nice and always responded to our emails straight away. Our flight was quite a while after check out time but he let us leave our luggage in the apartment. The kitchen has everything you would need. It is in a nice location but Valencia is a big city so still expect to still have to cycle or get public transport to some places.

It is listed as having a balcony and whilst this is true it is very small and cannot fit seating, very minor and we did not mind but some may.

Exceptional

We had the entire apartment to ourselves, which made the stay even more cozy and relaxed. The place was rather large and the owner was especially kind to us when greeting us. Perfect location, close to arts and sciences center, and right by a bus stop that goes to center of the city!

This apartment is very cosy and perfectly clean and located in a quite side street while it is still in the heart of Valencia‘s city Center. The host of this property is very nice and helpful and the communication with him was great. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The Best !

Excellent communication with the owner - from the reservation till the departure. The apartment includes all what you need for cooking for example + Netflix. Very very clean. The owner even provided me with paper for printing my boarding pass ( I do not trust my smartphone ;-)) I greatly appreciated the owner's flexibility: my flight was delayed, I was nervous about the check-in time but the lady told me not to worry and, indeed, I could finally check-in 2 hours later than scheduled. I do Really Recommend !! Once again, many thanks to the owner. Good to know also : a bakery and 2 supermarkets within 100 m from the apart. Public transportation (bus, subway line 10 ) at +/- 500m.

Lovely flat near the arts center

Lots of light, lots of space. I was able to check in early, an effort was made to get it cleaned so I could get in after my trans-Atlantic flight. Much appreciated!

It was very chilly in Valencia and the place had a space heater in my bedroom and the living room, but the rest of the apartment was very cold, in the 50's, so I pretty much stayed in the bedroom with the door closed to keep in the heat.

I had a terrible experience with this booking in Valencia. Firstly, we had difficulty contacting the owner and ended up wasting time trying to reach her on Friday evening. When we finally were able to speak with her, we clearly communicated our arrival time, but she did not understand English and complained about her phone account limit, even though we had provided our Spanish phone number. All communication with the owner was in Spanish, which made it difficult for us to understand. Despite informing the owner of our estimated time of arrival, we still had to wait outside for 30 minutes because no one was there to let us in. As a result of these issues, we missed the concert we had paid for.

Апартаменты довольно просторные, хотя комнатка, в которой мы спали и маленькая, есть большая гостинная, где можно отдохнуть или покушать. Понравилось расположение, добираться куда-либо не составило проблем.

Так как в квартире несколько комнат,а мы занимали одну из них, то наша комната закрывалась на замок. Замок был навесной, плохо прикручены петли, болты выпадали. И этот замок был просто для галочки. Дверь в шкафчике на кухне была сломана и ,когда открывала дверцу, что бы выбросить мусор- просто отваливалась. Это было очень не удобно. Стульчик в комнате тоже был поломан.

Très bon emplacement et propre

Appartement très bien situé près du palais des arts et à 2,2km du centre ville, ce qui se fait très bien à pied. Il y a également le bus 95 qui passe tout près et qui longe le jardin de Turia et qui permet donc d'accéder au centre ville. L'appart en lui-même était propre et l'arrivée facile. La salle de bain aurait peut être besoin d'un coup de jeune mais c'est tout ce qu'il y aurait à redire. L'appart dispose d'un frigo, d'une cuisine, d'un micro onde et d'une Nespresso. Accès par ascenseur
